A desktop version of GeneMir

GeneMir, developed by Macino Lab, is a customizable, standalone, Windows(c) desktop software application that facilitates the biological interpretation of miRNAs and their predicted target genes as reported by several prediction algorithms. The program is capable of extrapolating lists of gene targets given a miRNA, performing the reciprocal analysis to report miRNAs likely to repress genes of interest, along with many auxiliary functions. generates gene annotation list, and enables automated linking to online analysis tools.
